Built by Veterans. Backed by Purpose.
After 28 years of service, we’ve seen first-hand how hard it can be for ex-servicemen to find meaningful work after leaving the forces — especially roles that honour their skills and mindset. That stuck with us. So we’re building something different.
Our mission is simple: to create outdoor careers for ex-forces personnel, giving them purpose, a team environment, and the satisfaction of hard work in the fresh air.
We’re partnering with charities like the SSAFA to give back and support those still transitioning. Each year, a portion of our profits will be donated to veteran support initiatives.
We’ll also be taking part in extreme expeditions and challenges to raise awareness and funds, pushing ourselves to the limit in the name of something bigger.
For those that want to help, we’re offering sponsorship opportunities for businesses who want to back veterans, support our expeditions, or contribute to our annual charity donations.

The Warrior Challenge
At 60 years old, Justin Cox is embracing one of the most ambitious and meaningful challenges of his life. Teaming up with one of the most decorated Royal Marines in history,
Justin will be taking on the Warrior Challenge in the deserts of Morocco, an extreme endurance event designed to test the mind and body to their absolute limits.
This challenge is more than a personal milestone. It’s a mission to give back.
Driven by a deep desire to support those who’ve served, Justin is proud to be raising funds for SSAFA, the Armed Forces charity, as part of this journey. SSAFA provides vital, life-changing support to service personnel, veterans, and their families, and in 2023 alone, helped over
53,000 individuals through its dedicated network of volunteers and staff.
For Justin, this expedition represents an opportunity to explore his full potential in one of the world’s toughest environments, while honouring those who have sacrificed so much. It's a chance to stand alongside fellow ultra-endurance athletes and make a real difference.
